The PBX Cloud System is a 100% cloud phone system and enables you to make calls independently of the location. You can operate your device on any Internet connection without special configuration. By using several end devices per user, you can also change locations without additional effort or you can use the available mobile client on the cell phone and can always be reached on the go with your company number. For home office or modern workplaces, the use of the softphones and headsets is no longer necessary and you can make calls anywhere with your PC.
With the telephone systems, all functions of a standard telephone system such as holding, connecting, combining waiting and announcements are available. Language menus (IVRS), time controls, extension switches and recordings are also possible. The range of functions usually leaves nothing to be desired and enables you to make perfect conversion of your ideas and .
All connections to the end devices are encrypted with TLS and SRTP so that all their conversations are transferred to a negative impact and thus correspond to the highest safety standards. Your system is hosted in data centers in the EU (Frankfurt or Oberösterrich) and thus also all the guidelines of the GDPR.
With our included maintenance, you will not incur any further costs in future, we cover change requests for you at the telephone system, the end devices, initials and configuration as well as software updates, company -owned updates and advice and support for problems with the telephone system.
In the license costs, the connection to the landline included is included, i.e. taking an Austrian landline number or a new number and you can make calls immediately after the porting has been carried out. You don't need any other provider. Our second -precise billing is included in the package. You can also book our flat rate packages (see tariffs)
